I never liked following the script — so I wrote my own.

At 15, I left school and dove into the world of programming, teaching, and even spinning records as a DJ. Years later, I would self-tutor my way through the prestigious Technion Computer Science program, graduate, and embark on a lifelong mission: building elegant, truthful business systems that actually make life better.

Today, I lead Excellench — a one-man powerhouse for crafting smart, intuitive, and AI-enhanced business software. My work blends deep tech expertise with a passion for simplicity, truth, and helping businesses grow the right way.

What I Do

With over 30 years of experience in business systems and technology leadership, I help organizations turn complex operational challenges into streamlined, reliable software solutions — built to support growth, not get in the way of it.

I founded Excellench Technologies in 2014, specializing in designing and delivering custom software and AI-powered business solutions for small and mid-sized companies worldwide. My approach is rooted in deep process understanding, strategic thinking, and proven execution across industries.

I bring a unique mix of strategic consulting, enterprise systems experience, and hands-on delivery. I spent 15 years in senior leadership roles at SAP, both in the U.S. and Israel, and served as the CIO of Avgol Nonwoven, where I led core systems modernization.

I hold a BSc in Computer Science & Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

I’m also the creator of My Dream Team, a pioneering platform that allows SMBs to offer their customers and employees AI-driven chat services within minutes.

I personally handle the analysis, development, implementation, and support of your solution—ensuring exceptional quality and consistent communication. For particularly complex or large-scale projects, I may bring in carefully selected specialists to handle specific components, but I remain your primary point of contact and the driving force behind your solution.
